Is it normal for PC to hang?

Can also be done manually. But if the computer hangs, the shortcut is suitable.
After entering the Task Manager, click on the Process tab. By selecting the CPU option in the header of the column, the process that is using the most CPU power will appear at the top. Select the process and click the End Task option to close the application. In that case, if you have done any work in that application, it will go away without being saved.
From the screen that appears after pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete, you can restart the computer using the Restart option. Press Windows key + L again to return to the computer lock screen, from where you can restart the computer.

If none of the above methods work, you can press Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B. This restarts your computer’s graphics driver. If the problem is caused by the graphics driver, this way the computer can be fixed. If none of the methods mentioned so far fails to fix your hanged computer, then you can try to fix the computer by hard shut down method.
